Recharge in Style at the Live Oak Lake Cabins

Celebrated my birthday with some friends here and we loved everything about this place. The instructions were very clear. The surrounding area is very relaxing. The cabin itself reached expectations. The place was nicely organized and very clean. The kitchen had everything needed including dishes and spices. (On a note we could not find olive oil and the dish soap did not make a lot of foam which were little inconvenient details, but we used the dishwasher mainly). The jacuzzi was already set by our arrival which was very nice as well. We loved our relaxed stay and would come back again.

A Perfect Lakeside Getaway – Peaceful, Modern, and Unforgettable We recently stayed at this beautiful cabin by the lake(more like a well maintained pond) to celebrate my wife's birthday, and I can genuinely say it exceeded all our expectations. With our newborn in tow, we were hoping for a peaceful, cozy retreat — and this cabin delivered that and so much more. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how modern and thoughtfully designed the space was. The cabin is fully furnished with high-quality amenities and stylish décor, striking the perfect balance between modern comfort and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the sleek kitchen appliances, made us feel like we were in a home away from home. Space-wise, it was just right for a weekend getaway. The layout is open and airy, with plenty of room to relax indoors and enjoy the serene views outdoors. The large windows brought in tons of natural light and offered stunning views of the lake, which added to the calming ambiance — especially during sunrise and sunset. As a new parent, comfort and convenience were top priorities for us, and this cabin delivered on both fronts. It was clean, quiet, and felt incredibly safe — exactly what we needed for our little family’s first trip. The peaceful lakeside setting gave us the perfect opportunity to slow down, unwind, and spend quality time together. I honestly couldn’t be more thankful for how relaxing and rejuvenating the experience was. Celebrating my wife's birthday in such a beautiful, tranquil setting made the day even more special. This stay will always hold a special place in our hearts. We’re already looking forward to coming back — and next time, maybe staying a little longer! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped, and peaceful escape by the lake.

This was my first time at this couples cabin getaway. I had no idea there was something even like this located right outside Waco, but it was such an amazing and beautiful experience! The cabin itself was beautifully set up and finished. It had everything that we needed from bathroom toiletries to kitchen supplies. All the activities near the community area were an additional bonus. Even though it was raining during our stay it made the experience unique in my opinion. I would 10/10 come back and recommend these cabins for a weekend getaway with a loved one. It is a very unique and intimate experience.

Love love LOVE. An absolute hidden gem and wonderful place to have a getaway whether it be romantic, in solitude, or with a few friends/family. The cabin had everything you could need and the common area is so precious! Even while it was rainy during our stay, we had the most memorable time and enjoyed Live Oak Lake to the fullest. I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time staying at Live Oak Lake and highly recommend this as a getaway! The cabin was fully stocked, clean and very cozy. The weather was yucky during our stay so we plan to come back when the weather is good so we can experience the beautiful grounds!
