This was my first time visiting any hot springs, and this resort exceeded all expectations! From the moment we checked in, Rebecca welcomed us with a smile and an amazing attitude. She was incredibly friendly and professional, taking the time to explain all the amenities and clearly guide us to everything the resort offered. At that moment, I knew we had chosen the perfect place to stay. On Friday morning, the lady working at the market had such a positive attitude—exactly the kind of energy you want while on vacation. The views were breathtaking, the room was spotless, and the bed was comfortable. It was truly an unforgettable experience. I can’t wait to come back!

Lovely location. We visited the resort in October. It was a unique experience. We visited the various hot springs pools. Also I enjoyed a Swedish massage and my daughter had her first facial. Another pleasure was the steam room, very relaxing. I think that the springs in the winter would be quite enjoyable. I can’t participate in hiking but I believe people would enjoy the trails.

We had the most amazing one night trip to celebrate our birthdays. Staff was so kind and helpful and we took full advantage of being able to use facilities the day you check in AND out. Snowshoes available, amazing restaurant (we only tried breakfast), clean and wonderful. We can’t wait to be back and check it out as a wedding venue!

The hot springs were very nice and relaxing. The views were stunning. However, I left more sore than I showed up. The rooms could definitely use some updating. The beds were hard as a rock which would be okay but you sink into the middle. No matter where you lay you can’t lay flat. Would have been better off on the floor, at least it’s flat. The rooms were clean, but loud you can definitely hear every sound your neighbors make and their tv.

NEVER AGAIN !! Our stay at the Lodge has been absolutely disgusting. From sewer smell in the first room we stayed, bloody and used dirty sheets in the next room we were moved to was just the start. Your rooms are a disgrace !! Really !! Old stinking and dirty carpets, smells and leaking ceilings. We have never stayed in such a run down place. Our dinner at your restaurant and the delightful waiter was the only ray of light. The next morning we were hoping for a positive experience at the spa/ pool which was again a total disappointed ! Dirty water in the pool, dirty changing rooms with lockers and locks not working, overworked and under staffed employees... REALLY ! Never again will we visit until a company buys you out and renovates, trained your employees and completely changes your establishment to a true hot springs experience in the mountains....
