Post Hotel Luxury Stay: Leavenworth's Four-Season Haven

If I could give this beautiful hotel 6 stars I would. It was stunning and immaculate. Every little detail was executed so well and we enjoyed our stay. It is such a stunning property. We spent two nights and three days and I would absolutely go back. LOVED it.

Twice the price and half the charm of its former glory. As frequent guests of Post Hotel since 2018, my husband and I have witnessed a disappointing decline in quality. Management's failure to maintain the original tranquility of this once-peaceful oasis is disheartening. The atmosphere has shifted from serene to loud, obtrusive, and congested. Our previously relaxing stays have become exercises in frustration. The wellness area, designed for peace and rejuvenation, is now compromised by disruptions from boisterous guests. Some guests complimentary water bottles intended for hydration were clearly filled with liquor, further amplifying the noise, one guest did a cannonball, classy. This degradation is truly disheartening. Unfortunately, this hotel has shifted its focus from providing meaningful experiences to facilitating impressive social media posts. This development is unfortunate. Our world is in desperate need of genuine havens like this hotel once was. It does not need another overpriced noisy hotel. I mourn the loss of this sanctuary. I sincerely hope that management will heed this review and the many others voicing similar concern and disappointment. While business acumen is vital, There is a lucrative niche in providing something truly unique, refuge and calm. The devoted patrons who've supported Post Hotel from the start, pouring tens of thousands of dollars into numerous stays, implore you to rediscover the exquisitely crafted initial purpose of post hotel.

Wonderful place to stay. The wellness spa concierge was attentive, friendly and made sure the saunas were stocked and clean. The room was beautiful, comfortable, clean and has a fantastic view of the mountains. Breakfast menu had a variety of healthy choices along with a nutritious buffet. I had also booked a massage and facial package (Grounding, wellness collection). The massage was amazing, exactly what I had requested. Unfortunately the facial was not a great experience. She did not communicate what products she would be using and seemed as if she was in a hurry. The service bill for the treatments was $90 more than advertised. Even though the facial was a slight disappointment, I would highly recommend this Hotel and services to others. One of the best places to stay in Leavenworth.

My husband came here for our “mini moon” right after getting married and it was an incredible experience. The room was so nice, loved the rain shower and the marble tub. We had a Mountain View room and being out on the balcony was so peaceful. The free breakfast and lunch were always delicious and fresh, the massages in the spa were great, and the saunas/pool area was amazing with so many options! My favorite was the eucalyptus steam room. It was all around a relaxing experience and perfect for a romantic getaway.

The iconic Post Hotel is the best hotel in Leavenworth and one of the top in the state of Washington. Is it worth the $800 per night price and 6 month wait? If you know how to take advantage of the hydrotherapy rooms, breakfast, lunch buffet then yes. This is a destination hotel where you don’t need to leave except for dinner. Breakfast is not your typical hotel breakfast. They have a great menu that would rival some of the best breakfast spots in the Puget Sound region. Order whatever you want, all included. Cold plunge, grotto, and 160 degrees sauna were my favorites. They have a pretty cool sun room if you don’t find a spot in the main pool area to relax. Staff were all courteous, professional, friendly and made you feel welcomed. I’ve been twice and would definitely come back.
