Our experience here was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we walked in after driving 45 minutes just to visit this highly-anticipated venue (two years in the making for us), we were met with exceptional service that exceeded every expectation. Seb at the front desk set the tone immediately—she was amazing, incredibly helpful, and patient with all of my questions (and trust me, I had plenty as a first-timer). Her professionalism and warmth made us feel welcome and confident in our visit. Ashley at the bar was another highlight of the night. She was not only personable but radiated positivity. Her outstanding service and cheerful attitude made it an absolute joy to interact with her. Honestly, I’d make the trip back just because of her! To top it off, we did encounter what felt like an issue on one of our races, but the management team handled it flawlessly. They didn’t hesitate for a second to address our concerns and make it right, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. This was an unforgettable experience, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

Edison NJ location. Visit 11/17/2024 Fun experience. Teen boys definitely had a blast! Our server for food was AMAZING! His name was Mezzy. Very polite, positive, attentive and overall great! We all ordered burgers and they were EXTREMELY salty (that was only negative experience). We did tell manager as we were leaving just to let kitchen know to go easier on salting burgers. Would recommend for at least one time. Was bit pricey to do all the time (races).

Nice place to go out and play some games and enjoy your self. Great customer service. Can get pricey at times. Antonio from the axe section was professional and friendly. The wood for the axe section needs to be changed. It can barely catch an axe. Plenty of parking. You will get checked by security.

Great entertainment centre, aimed at its main attraction, the kart races with electric cars. You can race from 4 to 6 laps, and then your position is rated based on the speed of your lap. On the second floor there is a food centre and more arcade games.

Great Customer Service from the front of the Store all to the mechanics over at track. If you’re lucky enough to get Danny, Xavier, Woo, Mark, Sam, or Frank just know you’re gonna have a great day on the track! Kane and Claudia were great upstairs by the bar and Food and drink were 5 star service. Can’t wait to be back next time with a bigger group
