Yosemite Glamping in Airstreams

Good jumping off point to explore Yosemite. Accommodations were really nice albeit tight for our family of 4. With the cold snap, we could’ve used some extra blankets, especially for the pull out. Also, the shower needed a longer door or a curtain, something to contain the water and prevent the needed post shower clean up. We also think a few more proper tables and chairs in the common area would be nice. The common area has a great vibe but there simply wasn’t enough space for people to eat their meals – especially when a large group took over the one dining table repeatedly. We love that you accept dogs and the grounds are lovely. The staff was great, and the food was reasonably priced and very tasty. Thx!

The campsite is great! It’s well maintain and clean. The site is located one and half hour away from the famous fire fall and about thirty minutes away from the nearest town. We stayed there for two nights in an airstream. The airstream seems small from the outside, but it’s quite spacious inside with a queen bed, a sofa, a decent size bathroom, and a kitchenette. It’s a cozy space for a family of four. Plus a private patio with a grill right outside. The staffs were very friendly during our stay, and were very apologetic when our check-in was delayed for a hour.

If your destination is Yosemite, keep in mind that this location is at least 45 minutes to an hour away, BUT everything else about this place is incredible. The staff was more friendly and helpful than I could’ve ever hoped for, the amenities had everything I needed and it was a very peaceful and beautiful stay. Wild turkeys roaming the property, zero noise, beautiful scenery with tons of trees, food options for dietary restrictions. The lodge was absolutely stunning with multiple fireplaces and community hangout locations along with a general store full of really all you could need. Highly recommend coming in the winter - it was very quiet but so beautiful with the snow and frozen pond. They were so accommodating and kind to my dog and I, and I’m so grateful I found this place. I will be returning and checking out the other locations! As I said, it was close enough to Yosemite park for me but just something to keep in mind. Thank you AutoCamp for an amazing stay!

Autocamp was amazing! The accommodations and ambiance were a perfect balance of modern aesthetics and the beautiful outdoors. The pool, pond, bikes and s’mores kept the kids entertained the entire time! And what made our stay that much more enjoyable was the staff’s attentiveness and responsiveness to our needs. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We loved the location for the Autocamp in Midpines as it was close enough to a town to buy food supplies but part way to Yosemite. Staff were really friendly especially Kristi and Alex. Amazing night views and frog chorus from the lake. No laundry on site which is the only downside but the water is very hot so hand washing was easy.
