We were staying in Fairbanks for some military work. And decided to come up and do the Hot Springs and ice museum. The ice museum was fantastic, the tour guide was exceptional and it was such a great and fun experience The Hot Springs are good if you’re 18 years and older. If you have kids, they can just enjoy an indoor pool and indoor hot tubs. Not bad if you know what to expect. The restaurant was also very good inside of the hotel lobby. We did not stay at the hotel so I cannot speak on the rooms, but for this location, it was a five star experience. Excellent customer service, great communication.

Loved our visit here. Beautiful flowers throughout the grounds. Hot springs for adults only were soothing and quiet. Pool and hot tubs were open to all ages and the coop pool was a great refresher after the hot springs. Greenhouse and geothermal tour was informative.

We had the most fantastic experience here! First let me say that the customer service across the entire property is top notch. The front desk staff’s joy is contagious. The hot springs are wonderful. The fox rooms could use some bathroom updates but everything worked fine. The rooms were clean and beds super comfortable. The resort keeps the most beautiful landscaping maintained and the flowers everywhere was my favorite part!

I don't understand the average review score for this place. Honest review here: this is no Marriott! We stayed 1 night & It’s a tourist trap that nickels and dimes ($25/firewood, $8/load laundry, EVERYTHING costs extra per hour to do) must be 16+ to use or rent stuff except basic bikes so beware with younger families. They don’t even provide trays for gold panning experience- you must have your own?? Pool, hot springs, & locker rooms were GROSS and filthy. Brown Egg water is what it is. No AC in rooms for summer and moose lodge was HOT! Restaurant was good with large portions. Some employees were rude except the front desk and Autumn, who was ice museum guide- she was Awesome! Ice museum was fun, but overpriced. Maybe it’s better in winter with aurora… either way I won’t return and won’t recommend.

Got to see the northern lights and soak in the most relaxing hot spring pool! Service was amazing! The rooms were nice and warm after the walk back from the hot spring. The food was also very good. I highly recommend making this a required destination on any vacation!
