Explore the Pyramids at Moody Gardens

Great experience and value for all ages! Looked fun when researching and thought maybe this was geared more towards younger kids but honestly had lots of experiences for all ages! Highly recommend purchasing the one day value pass and get there when they open to be able to get do all the attractions. Highly recommend the boat ride. It was a nice 50 minute cruise but it’s only offered a few times a day and we planned our trip around that. We were able to visit all the attractions and even had time to stop at one of the food courts for a snack. The chicken stripes were delicious! Between the aquarium and the walk through rainforest, the Body worlds exhibit, and rope course we were able to take lots of pictures and have so much fun. We will for sure be back for the Christmas lights.

Great place! Wish we had all day. Buying tickets was confusing (this is the 2 star part that lowered my 5 star experience to a 4 star) as we didn't understand the packages, and they were self-service wickets to buy tickets. Ended up inadvertently buying the wrong ones and for too many people. Eventually, we found a human later in the day at a different building that could refund us. (Raise the 2 star to a 3 star) It was at that time we had the conversation that made us realize that had we done things differently, we would not have missed the paddle boat experience. (had we spoken to an actual person at the beginning of the day, none of this would have happened). Make sure you speak to a human. Other than that, the displays, aquariums, jungles, and movies were a top-notch experience. We needed more time...want to go back. IfI lived here I would be a season ticket holder.

Loved the rain forest. The aquarium was just ok compared to others I've been at. Guest services should have explained more about the attractions and times. The day we went the boat was going out once. We missed it by five minutes. We did not know it was going out only once. Or what time. Food..snacks really and drinks are pricey. I suggest packing a water bottle and a few snacks. I like there is a ticket for everything. The rope course was down when we went but looked really fun!

Very fun experience. I would recommend the value pass because you will want to do everything. They also give military and first responder discounts which is great to know. It gets a little crowded but the workers are very friendly and all of the exhibits are interesting. My favorite exhibit was about the body not only because it was interesting but the worker was hilarious and talked about what it feels like when they close. The food is meh and the prices are high but it’s honestly to be expected. Meals are close to $15 so bring a sack lunch to eat outside on the benches if you want to save money. Lots of animals and fun experiences. Very worth it

This is a great family experience that everyone should try at least once. There’s so much to do and see. The colonel boat ride, the jelly fish exhibit, the Sting Ray exhibit the 4D movie. Just so much fun for the entire family.
