Coastline Rejuvenation at The Spa at Terranae

This resort has the best service and you will always have the best experience! The End of Summer Carnival and The Tree Lighting Ceremony, were so much fun and beautiful and a great way to bring any family together just like mine. From enjoying the great food, the beautiful views and fun welcoming atmosphere, every moment at this resort is truly special and filled with lots of joy! I can't wait to see what else they have in store for the upcoming year! They truly never let you down and have such an inviting team for you and the family!!! I can’t wait to go back soon!!!

The view was great, and the space was clean and spacious. The on-site restaurants and lobby bar offered a variety of options, and the villas and overall construction were beautiful. The staff were friendly, and everything was perfect. However, I didn’t like the fences around the property, which were not there before. Nevertheless, this can be understood in light of the increased safety concerns as more people are coming to this place.

My now-wife and I got married here a couple of months ago and couldn’t have been more happy with the experience. It’s a beautiful location with multiple stunning vistas that was reasonably-priced. We had a small intimate ceremony, and everything was made so easy by the staff. Henry Cox and Corey Hamilton were our main points of contact there, and they did a spectacular job making the process special, memorable, and stress-free. They handled all of the little things to allow us to enjoy an amazing weekend at the resort and went above and beyond to provide additional experiences and memories. The resort itself is amazing, and the staff, especially Henry and Corey, were awesome. Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

I really wanted to enjoy my time at Terranea, but found it very difficult to do so. It's a gorgeous location, but multiple moments throughout my stay were a real bummer. Our room's bathroom had ants in it, and the door knobs were falling off / battered. The chair in the room had tufts of fabric falling off. There were kids everywhere running around unsupervised, being very loud. We would've used the 21+ pool but there was a really loud buzzing noise nearby. It took us over 40 minutes to be waited on at the hotel lobby bar. We did have a nice morning at the day spa, which is beautiful, but as we checked out they overcharged us and forgot about our dining credit. Then it took us over 30 minutes to get our car from the valet. Just all in all, a bummer of an experience given these rooms are expensive and it was supposed to be a treat.

The Tree Lighting Festival at Terranea was a magical experience for my family and me! The atmosphere was filled with holiday cheer, from the beautifully lit tree to the festive music and activities. We loved the breathtaking ocean views paired with the cozy holiday vibes. It was a perfect way to kick off the season, and the event felt thoughtfully organized, with something for everyone to enjoy. I can't wait to make it a family tradition and return next year for more wonderful memories!
