Staying at Klarhet was such a wonderful experience! My friends and I went up to the North Shore to celebrate my birthday, and it definitely exceeded our expectations. Seeing a beautiful starry night over Lake Superior and a gorgeous sunrise every day blew my mind. The dome was cozy and functional and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We especially loved how the amenities were set up in a way to be as eco-friendly as possible with a compost bin and a shower system that conserves water. It truly demonstrates the owners’ mission for having a place like Klarhet. On that note, the owners of Klarhet are great people. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Kirk, who was super friendly and personable. Throughout the weekend, he would check on us when we would bump into each other, which was so welcoming. I even found out I currently live where he grew up! My friends and I felt great that we were supporting such a lovely family. This was my first experience up on the North Shore, and I am so glad that Klarhet was a part of it! I cannot wait to stay with them again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Klarhet. The dome was beautifully furnished, comfortable and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable and the view from our dome was amazing. It felt very private and we enjoyed walking around the property. Location was close to many great hikes, bike trails and restaurants. The abundance board we ordered was very yummy and the board was a pretty keepsake of our trip. We will definitely go back.

Amazing! Loved everything about our stay at @LiveKlarhet. The Dome was simply beautiful and well distributed. Loved the view, the coziness and all the info in our hands for all what we could do in our surroundings. We had an amazing 2 night stay disconnecting to connect again! An amazing stay with a great eco -conscious vision that stands true in every detail. Got to see the goats at the farm and used the fire pit with our kids. We had a delicious charcuterie board that was brought to our dome that just made our night! Definitely I would love to disconnect again in this beautiful place with beautiful people! Our family of 4 stayed here in July and it was just what we needed to unplug and reconnect! The owners are absolutely amazing! They came to greet us, showed the kids the farm animals, took time to chat with us and were always so quick to respond for any needs/questions. The dome was SO clean and modern. It had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away. It's close to Lutsen, so it was a perfect location to get the kids over for some extra adventure. We hope to visit again!

My wife and I stayed at Klarhet for two nights, and it was a beautiful experience. The domes themselves are a true heart project of the owners, Kirk and Nicole, and the care/attention to detail that went into designing and decorating them is very impressive. The domes have many of the comforts/amenities of a resort, but have a very rustic feel. Moreover, Kirk and Nicole's vision for developing the land they own, and how they utilize the resources they have, all while running a hospitality enterprise, is inspiring. I would recommend Klarhet to anyone who is looking for a North Shore experience that will take you out of the stress/pressure of the 21st century (something that resorts/hotels don't really accomplish) - there is a peace to this place.
