I read some other people complain about the employees, but our experience was really good. Look like a father-daughter team, and they were very helpful, polite, and informative when they came in to give us some information. I only gave it four stars because while it is very cool, it's not like the most amazing thing in the world. Not sure we would go back, but I took a group of eight people and everybody thought he was definitely well worth seeing at least once. Go do it.

Wow! Beautiful with amazing energy! Definitely something to check out! A couple things to know: Make sure to book ahead of time. The slots may fill up. Also it can be chilly getting in and out. And there are only small changing stalls available. Be sure to prepare for the temperature. If you visit during non-snow months. You can climb to the top and look in as a bonus.

The crater history is really cool. Staff is friendly. The crater is mineral rich and very warm. You feel great after. Friendly for kids and adults. Its very small and theres not much to do other then float and swim a tiny bit on the surface. There is no shower for after and the changing rooms are small. $50 for two people to snorkel. Plenty of parking. Difficult to find the entrance at night time.

The location was exceptional; swimming in a 10,000-year-old natural crater provided a memorable experience. Access to the warm 95° water is via a side entrance leading to a platform. Floating in the crater, one is surrounded by geological formations dating back to the dinosaur era.

Coolest little experience here. The water is warm, so even though we got there early in the morning and it was super cold outside, it was perfect inside. You get to swim for maybe an hour or so and have to wear your life jacket. There's a hole at the top where you can float and look up. The water is deep so the snorkeling was okay, it's hard to see. But maybe the diving might be better. I'm definitely coming back to do my diving certificate here with my son. You can start as early as 10 years old.
