Pagosa Hot Springs Resort: Soothing Colorado Geothermal Retreat

This resort is quickly becoming our favorite getaway from Colorado Springs. With every visit, we love it more and more! This was our third visit to The Springs Resort in 2024 and our loyalty was graciously recognized by Christina Martinez when we checked in. Not only was she thankful and welcoming (as all the employees seem to be here), she gave us a very nice upgrade that made our short 24-hour visit feel much more relaxing! Thank you, Christina!! The room "The 'O' Suite" was exceptional. It was so nice, in fact, that we decided to order dinner in so we could enjoy it more! But the real draw, here, is the incredible collection of hot spring pools to enjoy. With varying temps, sizes, and locations, there is always a pool that feels right. We love the new "Burg" pool that is literally built right on the river...it's pretty fun to sit in the warmth of a 104 degree hot spring as you watch ice float down the river a couple of feet away. Like always, everything was perfect. Clean, friendly, welcoming and always consistent! We're already looking forward to going back!

We had a LOVELY Thanksgiving at the Springs. Everything from check in to the snacks and drinks were all top notch. The front desk was friendly, even upgrading us which we GREATLY appreciated, it made our stay more relaxing and enjoyable. Micaela served up fabulous cocktails and conversation, and the younger bartender in the phoenix was very personable. The springs were all what we've grown to expect, great variety and temp- slightly crowded during the day (also to be expected on a holiday trip) and sparce towards the evening. Thank you to all the staff that worked the holiday, we appreciate you!

Levi at the front desk was very welcoming and accommodating! Very professional but made us feel at home! 5 star review for Levi and the resort!!! Our favorite hot springs hands down!!! We visit multiple times a year. The hotel makes it convenient to access the hot springs, and food and drinks are all within walking distance. Tons of areas to walk your dogs along the river. It’s a well kept gem!!!

Ate at the barefoot grill with my family and enjoyed some pretty good food. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, Lindsay, Dieter, Noah, Alex, and Brian helped us out and treated us well! The only issue we found was that the green chili cheese burger (with the gluten free bun) was not worth the cost. Would come back again!

A Perfect Day at The Springs Resort and Spa! I recently had the pleasure of spending an unforgettable day at The Springs Resort and Spa, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for our entire visit. The highlight of our experience was, without a doubt, the incredible pools. With temperatures ranging from a soothing 89 to a delightful 109 degrees, there was a perfect spot for everyone to relax and unwind. Each pool offered a unique ambiance, making it easy to find our favorite spot to soak in the warmth and tranquility. We also enjoyed the convenience of the on-site bar and food options. The serving sizes were generous, particularly the fries—seriously, they could easily satisfy four people! It was the perfect complement to our day of relaxation. We arrived at 2 PM and lost track of time, ultimately staying until they gently kicked us out at 9:50 PM! The experience was so enjoyable that we didn’t want to leave. If you're looking for a fantastic getaway that combines relaxation with good food and service, The Springs Resort and Spa is the place to be. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking to escape and rejuvenate!
