Warm Springs Pools Soak at The Omni Homestead Resort

Amazing location with a top spa! Love this place and want to go back soon! The hot spring pool and the amenities were refreshing. The spa ladies were very friendly and helpful. A lady in the women’s locker, forgot her name, she provided great insights in how to use the spa amenities and gave a ton of tips. The breakfast in the main dine room is a remarkable experience and the food in the sport bar very good! Love everything and recommend.

Amazing location for a romantic getaway or taking the kids. Lots to do was an organized activity or on your own. Lots of quiet locations to sit and read, chat, write, or think. The pianist in the lobby was very nice to listen to. All the staff was helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend coming to this hotel.

The Omni resort offers great views and a fascinating historical perspective. The history tour was definitely one of the highlights of the trip. The nature hike was also a wonderful experience, providing a needed peaceful escape. Our hike guide was very knowledgeable and made the experience worthwhile. However the resort is definitely coasting on its historical significance. The building itself appears to be dilapidated. The rooms and general appearance, while functional are far below the standard of what is to be expected of a resort of this caliber. Furthermore, the disorganization from the activities desk to valet services caused unnecessary stress and frustration. The activities personnel seemed to have minimal details of the activities and consistently provided misleading if not totally inaccurate information. The overall experience was underwhelming. The natural beauty and historical significance gained it one additional star. Definitely skip this one

Great place. Amazing staff!! Our room in the Garden Wing seems unfinished. I’m a firm believer of completing the final 1% of any project is very critical especially for the price of this resort. The room just seemed like the contractors went through the minimum to finish it. The water line to the toilet was missing a wall cover. The tiles in the bathroom were gritty/rough with what seems like hardened sawdust which you normally find in a construction site which is only at 50% complete. Food will need to be improved. There were a few highlights but majority of the places - Jefferson, Woody’s, and the pool simply offered overlapping menu items. Overall, it’s a great place that has lots of potential. This was a generous 4 star since I consider them as work in progress with the updates they are going through. The staff makes up for the shortcomings. They are all very courteous and truly aim for great service. They were very friendly and accommodating. The activities are very good for families. We plan on giving them some time to make some corrections/adjustments before we head back to give them a second chance.

Excellent Resort. Great food. The pool, lazy river and mini golf are great for couples and families alike. The trip out to the Hot Spring and floating in it is so worth the price. Highly recommend. Only complaint was the Air conditioner was incredibly loud. It was fine to fall asleep too but when it turned off or back on it would wake me up. But that's really a minor inconvenience.
